TWO MARKETS.
ONE TRUSTED PARTNER.
Our Story
Setu Trade was built on a simple but important idea: that the best way to navigate a trade corridor is to be genuinely embedded in both markets, not observing from one side.
Our team has spent years working across the India-UK corridor, on the ground, in both countries. We have built supplier relationships in India, worked with UK businesses entering new markets, managed compliance challenges, and seen first-hand where trade relationships succeed and where they break down. That experience is the foundation of everything we do.
We started from a consistent observation: businesses on both sides of this corridor encounter the same set of problems. UK businesses struggle to identify suppliers they can genuinely trust. Indian businesses find the UK market complex to navigate without the right introductions and local knowledge. Both sides encounter compliance requirements that are opaque and shifting and invest in relationships before they have the frameworks in place to protect their interests.
Setu Trade is our answer to that gap, a practice built on real, practical expertise in both markets, working alongside companies as a trusted partner rather than a one-off intermediary.
An International Team

Why India-UK?
The India-UK trade relationship is entering a new era. With a landmark free trade agreement reshaping the commercial landscape, and with India's manufacturing and export capability continuing to expand rapidly across a wide range of sectors, the opportunity for businesses on both sides has never been greater.
For UK businesses, India offers a vast and sophisticated supplier base, competitive manufacturing capability, and a growing consumer market. For Indian businesses, the UK represents a premium, high-value market with strong appetite for quality goods and a well-established commercial infrastructure.
A new era of opportunity between two high-growth markets
We turn complexity into structured, well-managed trade execution.
Complexity Meets Execution
But opportunity without knowledge is risk. Regulatory requirements differ. Quality standards need active management. Market entry requires the right relationships and the right approach. Cultural dynamics shape negotiation and partnership in ways that matter deeply to long-term outcomes.
That is the gap Setu Trade fills. We are not advisors who have studied this corridor. We are practitioners who have lived and worked in it.
